Amanda’s career has spanned operational and strategic roles in Human Resources in the manufacturing engineering, chemical and life sciences global sectors. Amanda began her career with Lucas Automotive, where she spent over ten years developing the culture necessary for operating in a dynamic environment, at a time of significant change. Amanda next joined Smiths Group as Human Resources Director for the Electronic Systems business in the Aerospace division, later moving to the role of People Development Director for Smiths Group based in London.
Amanda went on to join Morgan Advanced Materials in the role of Group HR Director supporting the CEO, Board and Executive Leadership Team with organisation development, talent management, and executive remuneration along with Corporate and Group HR compliance activities. More recently, she held the role of Group HR Director for life sciences business, LGC Group (Private Equity), to support their global growth, and she has since worked in interim HRD roles for Johnson Matthey plc and IXICO plc.
